The Company developed a branded luxury mixed use resort in Mykonos on a land of 100 acres.
The Project was undertaken by Devenetco Ltd a JV with London Regional Properties and the investment was c. 100m.
The resort featured 75 suites, 1 all day dining and 1 specialty restaurant, a Spa and 12 villas for rent or sale with private access to a beautiful small beach. The permits were obtained in 2019 and construction started in 2020.
In November 2021 INTRADEVELOPMENT completed the sales and transfer to “AMICROSS LTD” of its shares in “Devenetco Ltd”.
