Intradevelopment has undertaken the development management, coordination, and maturation of a new mixed-use project comprising staff accommodation and commercial uses in Ano Mera, Mykonos, on behalf of Banner Estate.
The development concerns seven adjacent plots with a total area of 8,375.74 sq.m., planned as a single urban and operational entity. The project’s objective is to create a modern staff accommodation complex that will significantly contribute to addressing the growing housing needs of businesses operating on the island, while providing high-quality living conditions for employees.
The architectural approach draws inspiration from Mykonian architectural traditions and is carefully integrated into the landscape and the existing urban fabric of Ano Mera. The composition is organized around individual building volumes, outdoor pathways, internal courtyards, and communal spaces, creating a human-scale environment that promotes comfort and social interaction.
The complex includes accommodation units of various typologies, including double and triple rooms as well as family-style residences, all designed with emphasis on functionality, privacy, and quality of living. The total accommodation capacity reaches 345 beds.
In addition, the development includes commercial uses and shared support facilities such as dining areas, communal kitchens, laundry facilities, and a swimming pool, creating acomprehensive hospitality environment tailored to the contemporary needs of employees and tourism-sector businesses.
