Intradevelopment has been appointed to manage the development, coordination, and maturation of an integrated hospitality and residential project in Koufonisia on behalf of Koufonisia Hotel & Resort.
The development consists of three distinct components:
Hotel Redevelopment
The existing hotel is being renovated and expanded to five-star standards, increasing its capacity from 56 to 79 rooms. The objective is to create a contemporary high-end hospitality destination fully harmonized with the island’s natural and cultural environment.
Beachfront Hospitality Development
A new hospitality complex is planned on a 4,000 sq.m. beachfront site, comprising 21 suites, a restaurant, and supporting facilities. The property’s unique location and uninterrupted sea views are key elements of the design approach, which seeks to integrate the built volumes seamlessly into the Cycladic landscape.
Residential Villa Development
The third component involves the development of high-specification standalone residences, operating independently while benefiting from selected services provided by the hotel complex. The residences are designed with respect for the natural topography and local architectural heritage, offering a high level of privacy, comfort, and quality of living.
